"Five stars because of Ashley, the General Manager. I've known her for last three years in Storage Blue company. She was very helpful in solving problems in my unit, water leakage through the walls or roof. So I do not recommend getting a corner unit. As they merged with Prime Storage, pricing has gone up and ridiculous late fee. I decided to part ways with Prime Storage. It's was a good ten years at that location."

"Absolutely no surprise that this outfit is rated so lowly. I went there today. No one in office. Sign said back soon. I waited. And waited. And then I called number on the sign. And on the pole. And then finally the web site. Multiple messages. No response. Whoever owns the place doesn't care, and the "employees" aren't even bothering to show up for work."
"This place is annoying... I get calls way b4 due date. 5x a day messages emails tex.. There never anyone in the office. Times I go there the worker Anthony is outside on his phone and smoking his weed. Smells up the whole office not professional I had to bloc there number"
"*This is regarding a U-Haul rental. I had a pleasant experience renting a 9' cargo van from this place. I dealt with Ziad, who greeted me with great energy from the moment I entered the office. He informed me of everything I needed to know before my trip. On the way to return the van, I was 30 minutes late past my reservation due to heavy traffic, and after informing Ziad he agreed to increase my reservation time without any penalty fee. All things considered, I will be renting a U-Haul from StorageBlue in the future again!"
