"Customer service needs to improve in providing accurate information at the front desk about pricing and information regarding returning U-Haul vehicles. I did not complete the return process accurately because I was misinformed and unaware of that part of the process. Other then that, the process went okay. The van had a dent in the back and cracked in the rare front and also could be cleaner. For the amount of money that U-Haul is charging I expect better quality in service and transportation."
