As a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational corporation, accredited by the New York State Department of Education's Board of Regents since 2017, MOUA is dedicated to fostering artistic talent and cultural enrichment.

Our Mission

At MOUA, we are passionate advocates for the arts, committed to empowering artists and entrepreneurs alike. We offer a diverse range of classes in various art forms and business skills, providing career assistance, access to creative spaces, and more. Our artist residencies and mentorship programs are designed to nurture talent and allocate resources to support artists in their creative journeys.

By offering these public art walls, MOUA not only beautifies the community but also helps reduce vandalism on private properties.
