"Everyone i dealt with was really nice, the facilities are nice too. But i was contacted on the phone after my initial inqueries and was told i would have 24 hr access but in reality it is 6am to 9pm. That is still pretty good. But i was also sold the space as a 5' x11', when it is actually only 5' x 8'. Like i said, i like the facility and the staff very much. But i was hoping to get a price reduction yo reflect the real size, or get a true 5' x 11' at the price * atached picture shows an 8 foot peice of masonite fitting the exact length of the space"
"I rented a 5 x10 foot unit at Storage Post yesterday, 5/22/2024, and am very happy I did so. Carlos and Shaday could not have been nicer, more competent and professional if they tried. The entire facility is in tiptop shape, and they make it very easy to get to one's "stuff" with more than ample access hours every day of the week: 6 AM to 10 PM. The "price was right" too; the other storage facility I was at previously had handed me a precipitously high - and unexpected - price raise of $60.00 out of the blue - the people and place were both nice - but the new price - not so much! I believe that if you go to Storage Post and let Carlos and Shaday set up a unit for you that you will be glad you did."
"After spending 2 hrs moving all the items into the storage unit, I noticed that the latch does not lock so I am left with a bar of sorts that was mounted on top of the door. With so many break-ins at the facility, I certainly don't feel like my items are secure in that unit. I put two locks on the latch but it seems that a crow bar can easily remove the latch from the door. I went back to my unit and am pleased to see that the mgr had another latch placed on the outside of the unit. Hopefully, the 2 latches and 2 locks will deter breakins."
