I was paying high fees for falling below (high) minimum balances from another "customer-friendly" bank, whereas Bethpage has a $5 minimum balance for no monthly fees for the same type of accounts. Bethpage made the process easy - setting up an appointment for me and then facilitating a re-schedule that I requested. Juliana was great! She made the process smooth and seamless, saving me time with the way she processed my four accounts, and she was very helpful at explaining how to get 4 accounts fully set up without any hitches. "Worst bank on the planet, you can set the app to give you push notifications when a credit bill is due but it wont notify you at all. Scumbags absolute scum ive been a customer for 10 years and will not be not a day more. Update: Do yourself a favor and get a jovia or teachers account, they will treat you better."
