"If I could give this 0 stars I would but there’s no option for that. I was thinking about opening an account there but now I’m rethinking because of the assistant manager I believe his name is Jason gave me a first time horrible experience. He was very rude and not welcoming at all. He seemed mad so I try to give him the benefit of the doubt but was rude the whole time. So I advise people to rethink this bank if they are new."

"DO NOT COME TO THE SELDEN TFCU!!!!! If there was an option to choose 0 stars I would. The customer service is EXTREMELY slow, member services is also very nasty. I came to get an issue situated at 12:30pm and it is still not situated (it is currently 4:30pm). They do not care enough to really try to help you. I will definitely be canceling my membership here with TFCU!!!!"

"Do not go to Barbara for any customer account services. She is rude, unprofessional, and racially profiles. Even though another branch called ahead and assigned her to assist us, she still made us wait and took other clients. Her demeanor and service was clearly different with Caucasian customers. If you must do business with TFCU go see Justin B. His customer service is extremely professional."
