"I spoke with person from MCU SHE WAS HELPFUL. I do wish we had more branches . I don’t like paying extra fees to get money from a non mcu Atm not right!"

"You can't make deposits there, what's the point. It's bad enough there aren't many MCU locations but to have an ATM that's not full service, seriously MCU do BETTER."

"Mcu is terrible you can never get in touch with them.... well almost never you Will be on hold for a While!!!... if you do get to a person they usually have to transfer you or drop the cal!...I recently made ‘an appointment “ to come in and talk to someone... To my surprise that was an appointment to wait on line... I’ve transferred most of my money to my other credit union at this point. It’s sad because I’ve been with them for about 15 years, and everything was fine until I got hurt on the job..."

"Banking made horrible. NSF Fees out of control. Minimum Balance Requirement at the end of the month Is truly a scam. Customer Service has to be the most unhelpful paid employees of any Bank. ATM gave me a broken $20 Dollar Bill and these people gave me a problem. I had about $380 in one hand and the broken $20 in another. Their response was “Not Another One” what does the previous have to do with me? I came in here because a Supervisor from customer service told me to come in. They gave it to me after I defended myself. Customer Service over the phone is full of disrespectful people. Beware and I’ve shared Policy that is available to the public."
