"My mom is a Senior Citizen and had the worst experience ever at the Parkchester location. She was trying to report a fraudulent transaction and didn't even give her the necessary documentation to get it resolved. The representative and manager were very unprofessional and were making front of my mom's situation. My mom has been a Chase customer her whole life and for a manager to not care about correcting such a sensitive situation is horrible. The distress caused her to take all of her money out and place it in another bank."
"I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Chase 11 Hugh J. Grant Cir in the Bronx. The customer service was abysmal. From the moment I walked in, I was met with indifference and rudeness from the staff. They seemed uninterested in helping and were extremely slow in addressing my concerns. I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to get basic information, and when I finally did speak to someone, they were unprofessional and unhelpful. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. The entire experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning and would advise others to avoid this place if they value good customer service."

"This location of chase bank is good cause I live nearby plus train station is there shopping area is there problem is long lines fewer tellers I go in the morning to get my things done so no lines. I went for something yesterday spoke to someone named Hassan in the front desk, very helpful and good hopefully he stays there to help other people."
