"Waited 9 weeks to open an account. Terrible services. They point the finger back and forth to each other always looking for an scape goat. No communication. No phone calls or emails. I had to reach out numerous times. Terrible, just terrible.Ultimately went somewhere else. Took one day to open an account at TD. Thanks for nothing Webster."

"The ATM has been out of service for a few weeks now. It’s unfortunate bc the place is convenient to get to and you can’t access the atm from the outside without a valid card which makes access to the bank more secure."

She brushed me away and told me to try again, I tried again and she mentioned that might be something wrong with my card. It wasn't till another customer arrived that she decided to check the ATM machine and try to fix it."
