Ponce Bank, Riverdale

"Not bad, staff is courteous enough. Except for the manager, Aldemar. I have been banking at their Riverdale location without incident for years. But this guy has been hassling me and several of my friends almost every time we enter. Now mind you, we are all harmless senior citizens. People like him should not be dealing with the public. He should be let go."

"The customer service in this bank is awful. I was helping my mother because she had a question about her account. The person who answered was extremely rude. He could hear my mom talking to him and told her to take the phone. It’s ok to make sure that the owner of the account is on the phone but there’s no need to be nasty when you speak. He was very unprofessional!"

"This bank is quite possibly the WORST operating today. Deposits made either via check or CASH aren't processed in a timely manner, the ATMS malfunction more often than they should, and the customer service is essentially non-existent. When things go wrong - and they will - you can expect to hear excuses and BS... for days before anything is resolved. My advise: don't trust this bank with your money."
