"I really hated my visit yesterday really hated being confronted by Charlie super prejudicial mortgage rep that dissuaded me from getting a mortgage because he felt like my dti numbers were not manageable however Charlie is not an underwriter he was completely wring I got pre-approved for more than the amount he thought I could and also bad experience just to try to open my business acct when I was working with Margo and her manager for months to get my ein and other stuff together this new staff kinda not where they should be just overall bad experience and making me rethink this whole relationship with chase period if I child give you zero stars I would because your staff does not even deserve that one star did not earn it"
