"The staff is inconsistent in how they handle requests, one week they will cash a check drawn on the same bank account and the next week they refuse to. They will also lie to your face and tell you they have no way of verifying a check from another bank, when they can call the other bank to verify the check or use a check verification system, just like retail does. M&T's insane fees are predatory to anyone that doesn't have a ton of money. It is so hurtful to see banking get more and more predatory since Banks including m&t, tanked our economy in 2008 and then took bailout money from our government, our tax dollars and continue to operate in such predatory manners. I will be looking into local credit unions for my business account."

"This banking establishment believes that defrauding customers is a legitimate business practice. They attempt to extort people who would cash checks drawn from M&T even though their creditors (people with accounts) are FDIC protected to $250,000. Then if you call them on their attempted fraud, their managers will attempt to threaten you, this is called coercion and is also a criminal act. All in all I would deter anyone I could from doing ANY business with these fraud and extortion experts. Remember, it was policy for Jews to wear a gold star during WWII in Europe and the Nazi's were just doing their jobs too."
