"I pulled my accounts out of Keybank and M&T. To the reviewer who says they have messed up rules, I wonder if you've been to many of our area banks. This bank is the ONLY bank that a business can view their deposit slips. They have been excellent to deal with. I love the personal service. I was happily with HSBC and when Key took them over I couldn't even deposit $1000 without id after 15 years with 3 commercial and 1 personal account...they also put deposits in the wrong accounts more than once. They to this day haven't asked why I closed 5 accounts. That would NOT happen with Community...they are real people. I've had no mistakes, excellent service and the friendly, personal touch. Kudos Community!!! They may be the key...but your the heart!"
