"Don’t like their hours"
"I had a big ol stack of money a mile high. I was tired of sleeping with it tucked in my mattress - both literally and figuratively. Neither of us slept well if I'm being honest. So I took that sleepy cash and tucked it in at Catt Co Bank. That's where it belongs. I sleep well knowing it is safe and warm in their care. Nighty night, Benjamins. Daddy loves you."
"I think they got better when they moved"
"Horrible bank both in Jamestown and Springville. Propper information is not supplied when refinancing. If they make a mistake, they move like a snail to fix it or don'tfix it. DON'T use their lawyer Tom Rickert, I'm out over $200 because of negligence. Bad hours HORRIBLE BANK!!"
"I am absolutely disgusted with this branch and will no longer be using it. The assistant manager of this Bank (even though I am in there once a week and have never had an overdraft or problem with any of my accounts) put a hold on a check for 9 days by choice which is making me miss my closing date on my house. There is no mandatory hold time it could be two days and she chose to do 9 so that I cannot by my house on time and may lose it. This is absolutely disgusting I've used them for over 10 years."
