"Have been a customer here since they opened, they have great deals and usually a friendly and knowledgable staff. Parking is always an issue, especially on game days. I went to pickup an order I had placed and was turned away by an employee 10 minutes before their closing time because they "had a surplus of customers that night". I had already paid to park and when I let the employee know he said there was nothing he could do and that the person just before me was turned away after driving 1 hour for his order. All the dispensaries in Pitt close at 8pm so that left me without my medication until the next day. Very frustrating as a loyal and longtime customer, I will not be returning."
"Hands down the best overall dispensary experience I've had in the city. Super friendly, knowledgeable budtenders who I spent a solid 10 minutes just talking with. These gals n guys know their stuff, they care, and they have awesome sales and discounts.The menu is solid, but if you aren't sure what to get just ask and they will give you an honest and very well informed opinion. Literally the only gripe I could possibly have is the location might be inconvenient at certain times of the day, but it's very easy to reach by public transit. Definitely worth checking this place out if you have a card."
