"Look nowhere else! This is the best Cubesmart location to use if you ever find yourself in need of storage units. Laura the general manager is very professional and knowledgeable and will always go above and beyond to make sure your experience is pleasant. Harry from maintenance keeps the ENTIRE property impeccable and is always willing to lend a hand. Giovanni was always helpful with any concerns I had. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the team at this location. I will definitely be using this Cubesmart location again!"
"Decent storage. Prices are eh. Access hours is probably the worst part of this place. They need to hire more employees to have alternating shifts to have earlier and longer access hours. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve needed to get in earlier than 9am and can’t get in. Wish bayside had more storage options to choose from. Edit. If you wish to use for professional use, don’t. 9:20 am and no one is here to unlock the place so now I’ll be late for work. Access is 9-8."
"I moved from a 3 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom on Friday and the move took much longer than expected - 11 hours! My movers arrived at the CubeSmart facility at 15 minutes before closing time to store the overflow of boxes that couldn't fit in my apartment. The manager, Giovanni, was very gracious and stayed 20 minutes past the usual closing time to allow my movers to finish their job. After a very stressful day, it was a delight to be treated decently and with compassion and caring. Harry (the maintenance supervisor?) was also a pleasure and very helpful. I am glad I chose CubeSmart!"
