"A game from September last year was rained out and I was told that I would receive a digital voucher. I never received it. When I recently spoke to the ticket office about this because I wanted to redeem my tickets for an upcoming game, I was told that I am ineligible to redeem my tickets because they have “expired” and I am no longer allowed to make them up. Why would a digital voucher that allows you to put it toward a 2024 game expire if the 2024 season isn’t over yet? So I am now out $50 and the ticket office offered no help. Didn’t offer me at least a credit. You seriously need to fix your policy because customers are the backbone of it all; you wouldn’t have a team without any support."

"I drove to CitiField today to purchase tickets to a future Mets game and the box office was closed. Signs outside the ticket office listed hours of 9-5 on non-home game days (which today was). When I called the ticket office I was told they would only be open on home game days. This is a new policy. I have been purchasing tickets at the box office on non-home game days for years (to avoid the crowds). This policy is terrible. Now I have to call and pay 7.00 surcharge for each ticket. I want 9 tickets so that’s 63.00. Can the Mets afford to turn loyal fans away at this point? (1-5 start to the season)??"

"First time at a baseball match and what an experience to watch the Mets. The atmosphere was amazing and friendly. I had my 2 year old girl with us and she loved it."
