"Horrid! My insurance company picked them They broke MULTIPLE expensive frames. Owner never got back to me about fixing it. They NEVER put the furniture back together and instead leaned it against the wall- the unassembled bed frame FELL on my 2 year old godson. I asked one of the workers for help moving something and they begrudgingly dragged it against the floor and damaged my newly polished wood floors"

"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They lost or damaged hundreds of thousands of dollars of my clients things. Bob, the owner, used to be great but has a screw loose and has totally lost his ability to run his business. His workers are inexperienced or too old to do the heavy lifting and his warehouse is an absolute mess. Find someone else and save yourself an enormous headache and expense."

"I’ve used this place about 6X before they were always great and never had an issue Until I used them about 2 weeks ago and it was a total mess. Arrival time was at 5:30 AM showed up at 8 AM with two young kids and an older man. Placing my items in the grass where it was wet instead of bringing straight into the truck, didn’t understand that. Then the one kid puts his binder on top of my stove, as he walks by hits the knob and starts a little mini fire it’s smoking up and he’s just staring at it. Then they didn’t have tools to take apart my bed and the guy offered me money to go to the store to buy a Phillips screwdriver. They arrive to my new place almost 2 hours after I got there they were so quick to leave that they forgot to give me my two glass table tops that I later received five days after. Never again!"

""MOVE ON FROM PRECISE PACKING MOVERS." Precise Packing is an unprofessional moving company whose owner, Robert, who does not stand behind his word. We contracted Precise to move our NY household plus a car to Florida. They showed up with a damaged truck with a back loading door that could not be opened. The door could not be fully close due to damage from an accident. The truck driver told us the truck accident happened months ago and his requests to have the door repaired were ignored. The damaged door exposed our belongings to the elements. The car loading ramps could not be brought to our home because of the damaged truck. The car could not be loaded on site. The movers packing our belongings dropped four boxes of expensive dishes in front of us. These boxes were labeled as fragile and well packaged. Jimmy drove our car to Hauppauge, where the ramps were located and loaded the car there. We could not cancel this move due to time constraints. When the truck arrived in FL many of our dishes were broken and the car was damaged. We had purchased extra insurance from Precise Packing's insurance provider, Travelers Insurance. We filed a claim with Travelers and the Insurance agent found Precise responsible for the damage and Travelers paid approximately 2/3's of the property damage costs. Robert had a $1000 deductible which he agreed to pay. He never paid us the $1000 after many emails and phone calls. We took him to small claims court. We recommend you find a qualified professional moving company with an owner who stand behind his word and services. Good luck with your move."

"This was a horrible experience, they are not a reputable company. I used Precise Packing to move from NY to FL. They arrived with a truck that had so much damage they could not open the rear doors to load the truck. The doors were tied onto the truck with rope. They loaded the truck from the side. They were suppose to bring ramps to drive my sports car onto the truck, instead they drove the car to their warehouse and used a flatbed to load the car. The guys loading the truck actually dropped boxes of dishes off the truck. When they arrived in FL and unloaded, there was significant damage to my property including body damage to the car. Their insurance company settled the claim and paid a portion of the settlement. Precise Packing is responsible for the remainder and they refuse to pay. They are not reputable. I paid additional money for extra insurance - they had no problem taking my money!"
