"One of your truck drivers hit me and left, I was able to catch up with him and now they don't answer my phone."
"I have no idea a transportation company can be this irresponsible. Sam gave me a quote, and I agreed with the pricing. So we move forwarded with the custom details, which is 4 week prior to the arrival day. However no one is really working for their custom clearance, I got a contact from them, but no one seems cared. After multiple non successful communication, I have to look for another company to finish the custom clearance. After the Bill of Lading is ready, they rejected the pickup and delivery as it is too complicated. Such irresponsible practice should never been in the market. Lesson learned, not to trust just word of mouth."
