"Super confusing!! We came from an international flight and we got lost several times as the signs were wrong and the people trying to direct you could care less where you were going. Although the train goes around, they still make you walk with all your luggage to the terminal and then go through another security check point. We had a 2 hour layover and it ended up being 20 min due to everyhing moving slow and a lot of employees with an attitude, especially at the checkpoint. Bathrooms needed to be cleaned, and all areas looked dirty around our gate. As expensive as it is, I was expecting more from this airport. I do not wish to be back again!"
"Service in this terminal sucks... TSA was the worst I've had the displeasure of enduring, snail pace through Pre-Check. Coffee from the in terminal shop tasted awful and again with poor speed of service. It is as if the entire staff in the place just gave up... horrid experience. Delta just demolish the place."
