"The waiting area itself is on the ground floor and can be entered directly north of 125th st. It's pretty dingy - poorly lit, outdated, smells. There's a bathroom, a snack shop, seating and a few ticket machines. The tracks are accessed by walking upstairs."

Trains departing northwards to the Harlem and Hudson Valleys, as well as towards Connecticut along the New Haven Line. Digital signs displaying the trains in-coming and out-going. Vending machines for refreshments and train tickets (cheaper here before MetroNorth scalps you on-board!). Police precinct and bathroom on-site (latter rarely operable)."

"Tricky place to review. I like taking the train from here. Easy to buy ticket s and to find the platform (only two!) Beautiful architecture from earlier times. But... loads of panhandlers and sadly un savory folk. I don't feel un- safe.. but I am on alert. Easy to get to from m60 or several sub ways."
