"The branch manager Jake has went above and beyond helping us with setting up our business account. I won't do business anywhere else as I know we will get exceptional care every time."

"Given a recent encounter with a customer service rep at this location, I closed my account. I'm glad to have learned of Key Bank's poor customer service before transferring significant assets from Fidelity and Chase. Frankly, in all my years of working with financial institutions, I’ve never experienced such a toxic attitude as I did with one employee at this location. I’m shocked by the level of incompetence. I’ve been with Chase for decades and have never had such an experience. The only reason I went with Key Bank was to participate in their competitive sign-on funding. In the end, it wasn’t worth it."

"Wish this place could be given zero stars. Absolutely the WORST banking experience EVER. Their "hassle-free" account ended up being a nightmare. All of the employees (even the so-called manager!) at this specific branch are arrogant and act as if you're an inconvenience. The telephone customer service reps are even worse. They leave you on hold for at least a half an hour, they don't follow through with what they say they will do, and they give out fake names. I was so fed up with the awful experience I've had with them, so I ended up withdrawing all of our money (except for the penny they told me I HAD to leave in). Only reason I didn't close the account was because we JUST opened it, not even a MONTH ago (yes, ONE month and it was nothing but headaches the WHOLE time!!!), so we would get charged a fee for early closure. I would rather have NO bank than deal with these people. Take your money elsewhere. This bank is a joke. I would not recommend it to anyone!"

"I can certainly relate to all of the negative reviews in regards to the customer service at the town center Fayetteville , NY Key Bank branch. I drove up to the teller window and after waiting somewhat I was facing a very aggressive teller ( with long dark hair) who stated that I could not withdraw what she felt was a large sum of money through the window. She had my license, my account info , and could see my face which I'm pretty sure was identical to my license. I stated that I just did this a week ago at the window and she basically called me a liar . Her disrespectful way with me made me feel for a moment that I was being punked. When I asked to speak to the manager which she took her time getting , thevperson who claimed she was the manager was even more defensive with me claiming that there was no way I did this same transaction last week . When I went in this empty bank ( understandably so) it seemed like they were hiding. The teller that was helping me remembered me last week at the window . She was very nice and I can only bet that these 2 miserable tellers are very mean to her too. When they finally showed their faces , I asked for their names ( of course no name tags on them) the so called blond manager refused . And why wasn't this professional so called manager willing to giver her or the other teller's name ? Needless to say , I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest anyone who doesn't want to feel like a criminal , do the same.,"
