"Came to return a pair of shoes and a shirt that didn’t quite fit right and the woman at the counter immediately copped an attitude with me. I was traveling for work and needed a couple items of clothing for a business conference. She accused me of trying to “rent and return” despite the total return being less than half of my original bill. When I pointed this out she said, “well I’m surprised you’re not returning those items too!” I have been a customer for a while, I bought my wedding suit at a Jos A Bank, and I travel for work often. I’ve never had customer service so rude and accusatory."

"I drove an hour yesterday to look at suits for my wedding. There were 4 employees working and I have never been more unimpressed by customer service in my entire life. I asked to try on a blue suit. When I asked if I could try on blue pants so I could see how it would look they only offered me a black pair to try on. No one had the common sense to allow me to try on a blue pair. This is my wedding day we’re talking about, not prom. Three of the four employees were incompetent, didn’t seem interested in making a sale and made no eye contact when talking about the suits. The only employee that knew that they were talking about was incredibly rude. My fiancé and I left in about 5 minutes. I hope these employees can get it together. Again, this is our WEDDING. Have some decency. We will not be shopping here ever again. Hope this review was helpful :)"

"I can only speak to customer service and tuxedo rental and both of those were excellent! I took my son there because they had the more unique style of jacket he wanted and even with only 1 week of time to work with they were able to get it ordered and to us in plenty of time! At the initial fitting, the gentleman who assisted us was very helpful and friendly. He understood the style/fit that my son was looking for and when we arrived for the final fitting it was perfect! We had a different gentleman assisting us on that evening and even though the store seemed very busy, he was very helpful, friendly and thorough! I would definitely recommend going here for tuxedo rentals!!!"
