"Horribly rude man at the main desk. My job is serving people with developmental disabilities, guiding them to become more independent. My client went in to pay their bill with cash, which he turned down, but when we asked other questions to see how we could get this bill paid he rolled his eyes and made it clear he would not be helpful to us and was certainly not willing to answer any questions. My client was switched to this agency automatically after the her previous one closed down. Payment in cash was never an issue before. There was absolutely no level of satisfactory customer service."

"If I could choose 0 stars I would but that is not an option. I work for an automotive dealership and was trying to make a correction on some insurance ID cards for a customer that WE realized was a mistake on our end and Kevin (the owner) was extremely nasty and couldn't just assist me, he had to go out of his way to be rude for no reason at all. I am not sure where he thinks he can speak to customers or others like that but it was extremely disgusting and unprofessional. Would highly recommend doing business elsewhere."
