"I had someone hack into my phone and they got into my m&t app the next day I Walked from my job to the bank to get a new account. I got lost and called the bank I explained the situation to a woman who was more concerned with getting home on time then helping me she went as far as giving bad directions and hung up on me. I found the bank because of passerby. I was close to tears in the bank and she didn't care just kept saying I don't have the time to open another account Instead of just get a new m&t account I'm going to another bank"
