Since opening the first yoga studio in the area in April 2000, Claire Copersino and her team have been passionately committed to offering the community unparalleled yoga experiences. Our dedication to quality is reflected in our diverse range of yoga classes, workshops, and international retreats, all led by highly trained instructors who are masters of their craft.

Our classes are held year-round in three stunning locations that beautifully capture the essence of the North Fork. Experience tranquility on the waterfront at Port of Egypt Marine in Southold, enjoy the airy and light-filled Parish Hall at Holy Trinity Church in Greenport, or immerse yourself in nature at Meadowlark Winery in Cutchogue. During the warmer months, join us at Sep’s Farm in East Marion, where we practice in a well-ventilated hoop house, or on the majestic rooftop of The Menhaden Hotel in Greenport.
