"When I first started coming here it was a mosquito problem. That got squared away now this particular PF has decided to open at 5am in stead of 24hrs which sucks for people who want to avoid crowds. I'm changing my black card for a regular 1. That's the only reason why they edged out Blink but now it's all the same..what's worse is they changed the time from 24 hrs to about 12 hrs. *update* the mosquito problem has gotten way worse than before and something must be done....UPDATE 8/6/2024 the mosquitoes are out of control! We'd have malaria if we were someplace else"
"If I could give this gym a zero start I would. Can’t wait to make 90 days so that I can transfer my membership as this is the worst planet fitness gym. The staff could care less about anything and the gym is always filled with children who don’t pay. Now I am paying 16 dollars a month and I can barely get a machine to use because they are taken over by people who just walk in. There is absolutely no structure here. When I first joined there was no welcome greeting and no one to introduce me to the place. All I got was “You can start working out now” and that was it, no hospitality. I would suggest going to another gym if you consider joining Planet Fitness. My father join the one in Parkchester and it was a completely different experience. He was given a tour of the facility and the hospitality service was great. Same with my sister she joined Brooklyn and was treated with hospitality."
"Beware. Very Unsanitary. Went to this gym and saw that EVERY station had no paper to wipe down the machines. I spoke to staff and they said they'll have someone put paper...I then waited about a half an hour for someone to put paper in. I DO NOT recommend this site. If you go bring paper and soap (just in case)."
"This location is always messy, very noisy it's almost like people are competing with being the noisiest. And the staff here are not helpful... infact they're always grumpy and yelling at gym members to do exactly what they want. Sometimes I get a good workout and then most times I have a horrible workout experience due to the nuisances off all the staff and gym users. It's all just a nasty horrible experience using this gym... Just Nasty!"
