"At first it was such a nice gym but lately the cleanliness has really gone down hill. Womens locker rooms are frequently messy/dirty and toilet paper rolls are empty. Upstairs there are only 2 cleaning stations and they are frequently out of the paper towels. Certain machines stay unfixed for long periods of time (leg extension has been down for easily 2 months). Lastly the water downstairs; it stinks, the floor is always wet, walls are crumbling. With the monthly and annual fees I really think this is a problem they should be working harder to permanently fix"
"This is extremely disgusting, the restrooms had a foul stench to it and it was unavailable for all the men. Couldn’t even focus and complete my workout because of the urge to use the restroom. I can’t even use the restroom in the gym I’m paying money for. This nothing but disrespectful to the members that is paying for this gym."
