"The mechanics at Franks are excellent. They replaced the planetary gears in my Ariel Rider E-Bike in under an hour. Most shops near me don’t do motor work but Franks does it all. Highly recommend this shop because they are experienced mechanics, fair prices, have professional equipment (gear puller, vise grip bench etc), and speak both English and Spanish."

"First off, the staff is highly attentive to your needs. Patricio and Walter know exactly what they are doing as a team working on my ride! I just received a Kaabo Wolf warrior 11 and needed the off road tires changed to touring tires. Well, not only did they do it on the spot, but they had the curtesy to give it a complete inspection at no extra charge. You guys are great!"
