"My experience with Crest Acura is the best I've had in buying and servicing vehicles. My vehicle is still under warranty so I brought it in for some minor things, plus a strange sound coming from one of the wheels. Bobby, the Service Consultant, was awesome. Very professional, and kept me informed by text and phone, of the progress. Since I live an hour away, they provided me a loaner that evening, so they could keep it and check out the noise in depth the next day. Jorge, the Service Manager, test drove it and they checked out every possibility - brakes, rotors, bearings, etc. Although we couldn't recreate the noise, whatever they did fixed the problem. I'm very grateful for their conscientious effort in helping me out. Wonderful dealership - great people. Thank you Bobby and Jorge."

"My first visit to test drive my Acura MDX was great. So much so that I decided to purchase the vehicle. I arranged to pick up the vehicle at 5 pm and was told I would have 1 hour to complete paperwork and have a full walkthrough of the vehicle. I arrived on time and completed paperwork within 25 minutes. Once I completed paperwork, another customer walked in. My salesman dropped me like a hot potato and told me that he was not able to go through the vehicle with me as a new customer needed his attention. I was very surprised that he did not even walk me to my new vehicle or spend 5 minutes with me to sync my Apple phone, etc. They forgot to put my registration in the window or give me the plates off my trade. After spending a fair amount on a new vehicle, I was upset that my experience ended the way it did. I live 1 hour away from the dealership and they requested that I drive to pick up items they forgot to give me. I asked that they mail the info to me. I am happy with the purchase, just wish the salesman didn’t run off once I paid for the vehicle. So close to hitting a home run."
