"Just in there n getting my beer for the Christmas weekend per say n the box gave out ripped where u carry it n smashed on the floor the owner flipped out on me n made me pay for it n another saying tht this is the third one today n tht I have to pay for it or he was calling the cops! Like it was my fault the box broke seriously n yelling at me"
"Walked in ready to drop some money as the distro here is way different than Boston and we were excited to see what we could find. We were near the back of the store when the owner yelled down too see if we were all set. He then yelled to us asking if my wife, as I stood next to her, was single? The guy was a complete creep and so rude. We walked right out and didn’t give him a dime. Disgusting behavior by a store owner."
"the beer selection was mediocre... but this post and the effort behind it is for the staff member who I had the pleasure of greeting when I walked into the store, I met the most unhelpful person I’ve ever had to deal with in 2021. Come to think of it the beer selection wasn’t even that great and when I asked for a recommendation for a point in the right direction for what I was looking for he basically said our stuff is everywhere you have to look for it. I never said anything back to him and upon checking out While I was paying with my credit card I glanced outside to make sure my car was OK and he then yelled at me to removed the card and pay attention. It was finally time for me to tell him about his customer Service. All I said was sir your customer service has been terrible since I entered the store and then he proceeded to ask me why that is. What about his service? ....after explaining to him .... he then cursed me out with the big f bomb :x"
"Just got back from picking up 3 six packs that were on display. Extraordinary awful, arrogant customer service. I'm almost 30 and the man behind the desk who I believe is the manager was eyeballing me and growling at me for my birth date as if I was 12. He wouldn't give me a copy of my receipt and when I politely asked for a bag, he again growled, "you don't need one, get it on the return trip." 0/10 would never, for any price, go back again."
