"If you are not bleeding out, missing a limb, or actively dying- don’t try going here for help. I have been in extreme distress but the DR there in the morning of 7/15 made me feel like I was wasting his time and just an emotional female. Now I’m not physically okay and feel ashamed/guilty for trying to get help."

"very dismissive and a trip to the ER last 2-3 hours, wait in the waiting room for at least 1 hour when there only you and another person in there and then be dismissed and left alone in a hospital room for hours just to be told come back if it’s worse"

"Be very careful with your belongings if you are admitted to this hospital. All of my family's property went missing after showing up at the ER on St. Patricks Day."

"Worst hospital I ever been to. Would give it negative stars if i could. Been admitted 3 times within just 4 days. Wouldn't give me iv fluids. I was dizzy and nause/vomiting. Not eating or drinking stomach pain. I had Sinus infection for over 2 months. I had uti and on the last visit they finally tell me I had a kidney stone that was shown in scan that they never told me about. Sent me home with just nausea medication no pain meds for stone. I passed out couple hours later re admitted for 3rd time. Terrible customer service I called for paperwork for my job so I would be excused from absence. They said they will fill it out but when I got there they refused to fill it out or even look at the form."

"Usually have really good experiences with everyone I see at CPH including the ER. The most recent time I was there with heart attack symptoms and was admitted as a psych patient based on screening, the ER doctor didn't know what I was actually there for. Got misgendered the entire time after telling them my pronouns and preferred name which was very upsetting. Actual care was fine but psychologically was very upset about those aspects. My gender and pronouns are usually well respected whenever I go to the CPH ER so hoping this was just a bad day."
