"First and foremost, it's abundantly clear that this place is all about money. They pack in appointments to the point where the doctor can't even speak briefly on the phone - let alone have room for an emergent same-day appointment. Pathetic excuse for a medical facility. Really really embarrassing."

"Worst staff I have ever come across. First you must have a meet and greet, then they schedule your first appointment 7 weeks out. Try to get a prescription filled, almost impossible. Asked for a referral on Sept 5th and it is now October 19th and never received a call back. Again, you can only leave a message. When you finally get someone on the line, she is the rudest person every single time you speak with her. She doesn't let you speak, then she says you're yelling. She tried to tell me I haven't been there since June 1, tried to tell her that was the meet and greet that my actual appointment was July 7th. She then puts the office manager on the phone and she is no better. Dr Saxby had recommended a stronger prescription when I was at my appointment, but I decided to stay with what I had. She tells me I would need a new evaluation and I try to tell her she had seen me in July and I would like to try it now. The office manager Chris then tells me to find a doctor in Florida and hangs up the phone. I call back and ask for the prescriptions I have to be refilled in the meantime and she says leave a message for prescription refills and hangs up again. I have every intention of filing a complaint with the Office of Professional Medical Conduct and NYS Dept. of Health."

"Dr. Poidomani is wonderful. He treats my dad with the utmost respect and kindness. He is thorough and an excellent diagnostician. The staff, on the other hand, leaves much to be desired. It took three months for a nurse to properly request prior authorization for a much needed medication, and we ended up paying out of pocket for it. They tell you to leave prescription refill requests on the prescription line, but either no one monitors that line or it doesn’t work. One particular receptionist, I believe she is the office manager, is extremely rude and condescending. She doesn’t want to listen. She interrupts and talks over people when they are trying to explain something. Not just me, but I witnessed her treating others the same while waiting in the waiting room. Based on a particularly biased comment she made to a coworker, which was heard in the waiting room, it seems she doesn’t care much for the elderly either."

The hunt was trying, and I wasn’t able to find one that truly listened to what I have to say and my concerns until I finally met with Dr. Cherry, the wait for an appointment as a new patient is worth. She took the time with me to get to know me and truly listen to any concerns I had. So happy I waited and finally got the right fit doctor I needed."

"Dr. Phong Do treated my husband for a deep cough that had lasted for several weeks and was a concern to my dentist husband and I. He did a thorough exam and diagnosis as well as recommending additional treatment that would make the symptoms of what was probably a pesky NON COVID virus more tolerable as they resolved. We high recommend this facility whose staff was efficient and professional and especially Dr. Do."
