"Dr Munkelwitz is wonderful. He had treated my husband for 18 years with skill and compassion. He always gives my husband time and answered all questions. After moving to Florida two years ago, we struggled to find another doctor to care for my husband. He was dealing with a new issue and the doctors here could not resolve the issue. Out of desperation, I called and asked if Dr Munkelwitz would be willing to advise us on how to move forward even though he had not seen my husband for some time. He called us at the end of what I am sure was a very long day. He remembered my husband which is really saying something in this age of revolving door medicine. He listened to my husbands concerns, reviewed the workup that had been completed so far and made a few helpful recommendations to help try and reach a diagnosis so treatment could be rendered. We are in the process of following his advice and feel such relief after speaking with him. If not for Covid, we would be flying back to New York so that Dr Munklewitz could continue to be his doctor."
