"This is the second year in a row, 3 separate apartments that we walked into and all were filthy. You too can have all this for only $1050.00 and $1115.00 with a parking spot. My son was charged ransom money for his key. They wouldn’t give it to him unless he paid. They said that it was a fee for cleaning the bathroom. They never cleaned the bathroom!! I did!! They said that they would refund the fee and would give me a gift card for cleaning supplies. I cleaned for over 7 hours in 2 of the apartments and another mom cleaned the other."

"Disgusting move-in day Bathrooms were full of mold and mildew. Literally could not see out some of the apartment windows due to the grime on them. Hair and dust bunnies remained from the previous tenants. Clogged dishwasher filter. Multiple work orders had to be submitted to fix inoperable sinks, stove, etc. It wasn't just the one apartment. One friend's father spent two hours cleaning the bathroom in another apartment. That one had a crumbling wall. Hallways weren't much better. It's too bad because Uclub looks so nice from the outside. Proper management with a little pride could make it shine."

"They do a horrible job cleaning places that you move in, leaving puke stains, poop stains, etc, meanwhile when you yourself clean it perfectly upon moving out, they will charge you ridiculous fees related to cleaning when you know for a fact they did nothing and you spent a whole day cleaning your room and bathroom. You have the spa area closed like 90% of the year, meanwhile they advertise it nonstop, at that point I wonder if you legally pursue something for charging tenants for amenities that are closed that often. And even when the spa is open they have ridiculous hours which prevent you from even using it on your own time. In general they have these small fees that are pointless and almost predatory. They were charging me for parking meanwhile I never signed up for it and when I asked a refund on it they refused , how are you gonna charge someone for parking when you never gave them a parking pass so they literally could not even use it, the irony is I don't even have a car . Uclub is just a joke and I highly recommend against this scam. I took my friends lease mid year which was originally 850 and they increased it to 1100 , so greedy. IMPORTANT: I Sent an email asking about the move out fees and they sent me fake photos about messes that were not there and belongings that I did not own. I WISH I TOOK PHOTOS so I can sue them. TAKE PHOTOS, DO NOT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU BY LYING."

"I lived here a few years ago (2021-2023), I had a great experience but there were a few flaws that were quite annoying. 1. Parking was expensive and there was very little near the apartments. 2. Lots of unnecessary fees 3. Things felt cheap and the room was not fully cleaned before we moved in. However I had an overall excellent experience and met one of my best friends I'll have for life. It's in a great location and is reasonable for the cost."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. They decided to redo our flooring mid semester- in which each room had to vacate their unit from 8am-6pm for 2 days. In the initial announcement, we were told that they would pay for movers and boxes in order to make this process easier. But later we were told that we had to do it all ourselves. So while trying to manage school and studying for exams, we had to move out the night before and move everything back in when they were done. This might have been okay if they did a good job with the renovation but it is the CHEAPEST job I’ve ever seen. There are nails sticking out of the molding, gaps between the flooring and the walls, and dust, glue, and pieces of wood left everywhere. Oh! And the flooring looks exactly the same as it did before! But now they can say the units are “newly renovated” so they can raise the rent for next year. They could have AT LEAST provided us with food during this time because we could not use our kitchens. Or maybe do it during the summer when most students won’t have exams? And if you called the office to complain, they would say they couldn’t do anything because the renovation was a corporate issue and decision. However, if you call or email corporate- they do not respond. A company that portrays themselves to be a “premier student housing choice” would never allow students to deal with such unnecessary stress."
