"Doctor is 5 stars!!! However, staff is a 2. The doctor was very very thorough, explained everything in full. Once I was passed off to the front desk the customer service was lacking. My card was charged- not sure for what?? I ended up having to call twice to try and figure out where all the charges were coming from. I did get an apology for not taking the time to explain what the charges were but still doesn’t sit well with me. They weren’t busy at all when I was there but for whatever reason I was completely dismissed."
"Was there a few years ago for glasses for reading and driving glasses. This establishment came highly recommended. Dr. Grasso was very thorough with my eye exam, but when it came to picking out frames I picked out 2 of what I thought was the less expensive frames. Turned out the 2 pairs of glasses had a total cost of $1,100 (all inclusive), but the frames weren't even designer. One pair was constantly slipping off and digging into my nose and after 3 times of trying to adjust them I realized that the frame was defective. No one but me noticed this? I was offered another frame but they did not have the same color as I had which was disappointing. The woman there gave me hard cover DKNY cases leading me to believe that this was the brand I bought, but it wasn't. I had to ask for a copy of my prescription twice before it was given to me and didn't return. Never received a follow up card for appt. after that. Although I thought the exam was excellent and the lenses were right on point, I was disappointed with the customer service transparency and follow up (or lack of)."
