"I initially came across Terry’s website after searching on google for alternatives to physical therapy once I finally decided to do something about my pain and discomfort. I had neck pain for several years that I let go untreated because I thought the solution was going to be a huge medical bill and a long process to fix the issue. I was wrong! From my first interaction, Terry explained it generally takes 3-5 treatments to resolve the issue. He was spot on! The first 3 treatments provided greater mobility but didn’t quite eliminate the issue I was having where my neck would “lock up” when tilting it to the side. On my fourth treatment I decided to come in with pre-marked dots on my neck to show exactly where I was feeling the pain (since it was pretty elusive), and sure enough he was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it within minutes! I personally recommend doing this since it was difficult for me to describe exactly where the pain existed on the spot. The ART system is extremely fascinating and intuitive, and Terry does a great job answering questions about what’s actually going on behind the pain and discomfort.
