"I got a call from Dr Hess’ tech, that I have an autoimmune disorder and where can they send my script. So I asked her what I have and she repeated herself. I asked her again and she had to ask the dr. She came back to the phone and told me that the dr didn’t want to tell me what it is but because I insisted she said it is Graves Disease. I started asking questions, which she had no answers to. How dare you not ask me to come in to explain this to me. I know nothing about this disease or what it may do to my diabetes.
