"My initial visit was great. I guess she wanted a good review. Fast fwd, a few visits later. It’s terrible. I had a tele visit but no follow up details on how to access the appointment. Wait time is completely ridiculous. Be ready to sit in the waiting room for 1hr and another 30 mins after vitals are taken. Her answering svc is out sourced in India so you can NEVER reach the office yourself. There was an issue with my prescription and I went there today since I got no where since Friday and multiple calls to her answering svc. I was promised a call back from Ebony. Of course no one called. I will NOT be going back here. Even when seen I feel rushed."

"Initially Dr. Macdonald was really good but thru the years her service has severely deteriorated. My daughter visited her and had to wait 2 hours to be seen for only 4 minutes and my daughter had asthma. Dr MacDonald wrote her proscription and 5 days later the pharmacy still has not received it and my daughter needs her medication. When calling her office I get a third party call service that can barely speak English and when asked to speak to someone in her office they say the office is busy and not taking calls. This is truly ridiculous and bad service. I’ll be looking for a new family doctor for myself and my family ."

"This doctor office if the worst I ever been too. They act like this is the best office ever, have some polices I never heard off and I work in a cooperate environment I don’t even have so much polices. I visited other doctor offices you can walk in and get a print out of a form without no issues but here the African lady that’s in the front thinks she is it you have to make appointment to get a form fill out no it’s a bottom you click and get it done. Patients make you get a checks darling not making up dumb polices . The phone service is the worst you never get through I think they should just close down permanently like no one has time to walk and go into this office to get a 5 mins task that can be done with a call."

"Used to be great coming here. However, wait times are ridiculous now. Came for a 12:45 appointment and wasn't seen until 1:40. I didnt leave the office until 2:30pm. Will have to change my PCP after this experience. I was here for a physical and was starving, faint and had to call out of work unexpectedly due to how long it took. I only was seen for a total of 20 minutes."

"I called the office this morning because my mom wasn’t feeling well. They were able to get us in this afternoon so she could see Dr McDonald. I must say I was surprised. I expected to have to take her to an urgent care center. So thankful."
