We are also a Certified Medical Examiner for CMV drivers, offering exams for just $90 with no additional cost if covered by medical insurance.
At Abbydek Family Medical Practice, we accept Medicaid, Medicare, and all major insurance plans, ensuring accessible healthcare for all. Our USCIS Immigration Physicals are offered at an affordable rate of $150, with no extra payment required for insured patients (HMO plans require you to be an existing patient for at least three months).
For those in need of Yellow Fever Vaccines, we offer them at $270, with coverage available through some insurance providers. To better serve our patients, we have extended our hours at our Elmont location, accommodating even the busiest schedules.

"This place is nasty and stink. He is hostile and not knowledgeable at all. They just want to bill your insurance."
"Please don't go there! This Physician do a lot of mistake and blame it to his staff. He has a scam filling USCIS I-693 document (immigration Medical form). He intentionally will do the mistake in the form, so you can come back and pay again to redo the form. In fact, you have the right to see the documents and he order his staff to seal it and when you go to immigration, they (Immigration) tell you there are mistake in the form; however, immigration tells you "Patient or Applicant" is your responsibility that everything is fill completely and correct. Also, I saw another patient angry at him of a payment and another patient that needed a blood test for his job was not done by the Lab because he put the wrong code. I believe the ethical board of medicine should investigate this Doctor for his fraud."
"They don’t do their job . They tell you one thing and something else later on . They won’t pick up your phone calls . I called 20 times . They won’t check the labs if they are back or not . Don’t waste your time with people that don’t want to work ."

They give you one price and make you pay and by the time you have to pick up your paperwork they charge you more and more money. They lie to you about what you need or have. Worst experience ever."
