"I went to Dr. Chacko three years ago for cervical herniated disc pain in my neck, shoulder and arm. He treated me with a cortisone shot. As of today, no pain. Today, I went to see him for a tennis elbow pain. He treated me with a cortisone shot. I’m hoping I have the same success. Dr. Chacko is great in assessing pain and prescribe the right treatment- highly recommend seeing him!"

"dr chacko is fantastic however he is supported by some of the worst staff in the last few years…. consistently make errors sending my medications in (wrong dose or quantity) or sometimes not at all. i have to call back and forth to speak to an office manager who has an unnecessary attitude."
