"Arrived for my sons 9:20a appointment with Dr. Ford at 9:00a. Another patient arrived at the same time as me. Her appointment was for 8:20a. Despite her being late, Dr. Ford saw her first and my sons after. She didn’t walk into the exam room to see my kids until 10:40a. My last appointment here because that is unacceptable. What’s the point of appointments of people can show up late and still get seen before the person who was there on time?"
