"I visited this Dr on 3/11/2021 in Queens office, he ran all the possible tests, took blood, and everything else, today is 4/13/2022 I am yet to hear back from his office to give me the test results and let me know if there is anything that I need to do regarding my health, not to mention, he charged me more than double my co-pay. and I checked today my insurance statement, he has charged my insurance for everything."

"Dr fashakin is a fraud and charges insurances for non sense reasons. He also illegally takes your social security number and says it’s the law and his policy. Be careful with your social security number. You don’t have to provide it to them because all the information needed is already on the insurance card. If you want a family caring primary doctor who cares for your health and not money, then find a different doctor."
