"I had to make urgent appointment because of severe abdominal pain. Receptionist gave me the same day appointment and I expressed my huge appreciation. I came 15 min prior of appointment , receptionists let 4 people who came after me see doctor before me. One would think that it’s logical to let person with severe abdominal pain to see doctor as it was scheduled , because of specific discomfort , and go back home. I almost fainted from very painful spasms couple times. After almost two hours of wait I asked resectionist to cancel my appointment and she told me that I had to wait so long time because I didn’t see doctor for 3 years. First of all I had my hands full with other specific health problems and seeing special doctors for those problems . And after this accident , I will just go to urgent care from now on. It is a busy office, but run like a well-oiled machine. Dr Weinstein is a caring doctor with a warm disposition & really listens to his patients. The office staff are friendly & efficient. Several services are offered at this location, so it makes it easier to get multiple tests and treatments. Wait times can be a bit long, but I would never complain because I’m happy to be a patient there!"
