"I am a 25 year old bodybuilder, I do a lot of physical activity and love working out. I spoke to 3 different surgeons that gave me no plan, solution or relief. This doctor looked at me, looked at my MRI results, advised me and immediately helped me. I was almost bed ridden for 3 weeks and in 24 7 pain, same day he had me being able to function. I could do a light walk, put my shoes on, sit down with no pain and get up with no pain. In the meantime I have to use a brace until farther treatment but most importantly i am in FAR less pain. The peace and relief I got immediately is invaluable. I would recommend him 100%. He is very professional, well-spoken and of course goes without saying extremely knowledgeable. And no, this is not a fake review, he doesn't know ! am posting this, never asked me or told me to. But I do hope he sees this because I didn’t thank him enough. "Edit: I changed it from a 1 star to now a 5 star. The people at the office are truly amazing in helping me with my situation here. Went to the office today to speak with Shelly, but she was on PTO, fortunately Claudia at the front desk was able to help me take a look into the issue and confirm some things with me. The issue has been resolved and fixed. Thank you very much! Came here for a pre-existing shoulder and knee injury. I had made a phone call appointment to see Dr. Jiang, and I had asked to make sure if I need to bring anything informing my situation. They said “no, nothing will be needed, just bring your ID”. The day I went to my appointment, they said I need an X-ray to be done (this wasn’t informed to me, otherwise I would have went to my own radiologist), they sent me downstairs to get X-ray, then had me go back up. Saw Dr. Jiang for about 10 minutes after waiting for 20-30 minutes. I was just briefed about my situation and just recommended to have physical therapy. Then I was discharged and nothing else was informed of me. Now I have two separate bills adding to $2200 in just X-rays, I’m charged over $850 for each of the X-ray. This isn’t including the $900 I have to pay for the consultations! Turns out that the X-ray done was as a separate entity with Main Street radiology. I was not informed in anyway that I have to pay that much nor anything prior. From my past experience, I would be informed of any charges or copay that I would have to pay and given the option whether or not I would want to continue. This here just shows that they just have you come for a brief 10-15 minute consultation and bill you without letting you know anything. EDIT: Hello, I have attempted to call your office and the billing department and did not get a response. Would it be better for me to come to the office instead?"
