"The staff at the office is very nice , doctor as well. However. I’m giving 3 stars because of the extensive waiting time to see the doctor. My waiting time was 1 hour after me real appointment 2:30 pm saw the doctor at 4:00 pm.This is insane. No matter which type of degree you have , be respectful of patients time. I know there are situation that complicates things but my second time here, same waiting time, an hour (only to read lab results for no more than 10 min)."
