"Avoid this clinic. Both doctor and staff are horrible. Receptionists are rude and leave you on hold. They give you a nasty attitude when you need referrals. They don't do their jobs either, leaving you going back and forth with calling other clinics and pharmacies. That's not the patient's job to call to check if referrals and prescriptions have been received. As for Dr. Pipia, it's time for him to retire. He's always aloof and forgets to send prescriptions. He barely provides actual medical care but has no problem chatting away. If you want quality health care, this place is not it."

"Usually a long wait to see him, even with an appointment. Terrible when it comes to returning calls. My elderly mother who is 90 years old is a patient of his. I left an URGENT message with Jo to let him know that she was in the hospital. This guy never bothered to return the call. This is not the first time where I have left messages and did not get a return call. What kind of doctor is this? If you are looking for a doctor who is concerned about his patients, then keep looking. He's not the one for you."
