"Dr. Flowers is an amazing practitioner but when my results came in on her day off it took all day to get a return call, at 8pm I was called and referred to come back to send a culture out. Did the doctor that read the notes even read them? I was able to view them from Labcorp at 8am, there was a culture sent out and there were results that now needed to be treated. It was 8pm, coming back again as they are closed wasn't an option. Why would I need to return, they had the culture sent out. In my opinion poor medical attention by the covering doctor for sure. I'm hoping to follow Dr. Flowers to her new location and think the quality of care should improve in another location. Signed..hopeful!"
