"Mr. DeNoble is openly violating the No Surprises Act and refusing to provide Good Faith Estimates, as required by law. I sent a message via the website, as well as multiple emails, to his office assistant, Jenn VanBeekum requesting a Good Faith Estimate. Ms. VanBeekum initially ignored this correspondence, then eventually replied a week later stating that I needed to call the office to get an estimate "due to HIPAA privacy laws". This is not correct, HIPAA explicitly covers emails and electronic communications, and Good Faith Estimates must be provided in writing. Ms. VanBeekum needs to stop pretending to be a lawyer and focus on doing her actual job rather than making excuses. And Mr. DeNoble needs to comply with federal law and stop hiding his prices, even though I am sure it is highly lucrative for him to engage in surprise billing."

"My kid was having elbow issues and we wanted to go to the best elbow doctor in the area. I found Dr. DeNoble and made an appointment. He did not take my insurance so I was paying 100% out of pocket for the visit because again I wanted the best. We get to the building and are somewhat confused because it is a gynocologists office. We walk in and ask if we were in the right place and indeed we were. I was asked to pay before we saw the doctor and I was ready to pay the $350 when they hit me with a 12.00 credit card useage fee. Ok no problem. Long story short- we told Dr. DeNoble what the symptoms and problems were and he wanted to do an MRI right away and cortizone shots and then possibly surgery so he can see what was going on in the elbow. We declined the shots and left. We decided to do a second opinion. The doctor we found was a specialist in sports injuries and immediately diagnosed my kid's elbow pain as tennis elbow and gave a script for physical therapy. 3 months later the pain was gone and there was no need for an MRI, cortizone shots or surgery. I wish I had found this doctor first. I'm giving 2 stars because the office staff was super nice and so was the Physician's Assistant who saw us first. But the Dr. was a disappointment especially for something that ended up being so basic of an injury."

"After calling 4 other doctors Naomi in the office was great enough to squeeze me in because I had injured my hand and was told that it needed immediate attention. Dr. DeNoble spent time examining me and agreed that I would need surgery THE NEXT DAY--although everything went so quickly, I felt confident with his expertise as he clearly explained everything that needed to be done. Surgery went better than expected and I am now on the road to recovery. I would recommend Dr. DeNoble as he and his staff are very professional."

"Despite an hour away drive, every visit was worth it! I had a fracture/dislocation of my arm/wrist, quite a complicated case I believe, but he was very patient and knowledgeable to explain everything in detail and what to expect before and after the procedure. The office was extremely clean too, staff was very polite and friendly, I’m really comfortable with their team and would highly recommend Dr Ratliff.
