"Eion was a deceptive sales rep who made promises that explicitly contradicted the store's policies. He showed me a receipt page, and second page authorizing the payment, but conveniently flipped past the actual contract. I've never signed a contract without reading it—I was pretty shocked when I realized what he had done. He told us we'd be able to return the bed within 90 days if we didn't like it as long as we bought their almost $200 matress protector. Not exchange—return. I even called before delivery to confirm that and add it to the order and again used to word "return" and he confimed it. Yet the return policy that Eion hid from me during sales actually states that you can exchange a bed for one of equal or lesser value. That's very different from a return. He also promised that the bed could be lowered to any height and when it was delivered it's too tall for my wife to get into bed easily. The delivery crew said that there's nothing they could do to lower it any more. I didn't sign for delivery and tried to call about the height (as per their policy) and got no response. We also repeatedly said we wanted a bed with 2 boxsprings because one wouldn't fit in our home. He said that's fine, but didn't explain that an adjustable bed doesn't come as a separate boxpring and matress, but a single large peice. Sure enough, it barely fit and the delivery crew put a giant 3 foot hole in my wall trying to deliver the bed. (About the only thing this company did right was pay to cover the repairs.) The mattress/boxspring is so big that a sheet barely fits on it and it definitely doesn't feel the same as laying on it in the store. I came to the store to talk to Eion and was told by the other manager it was between me and him and he wouldn't be back in for several weeks. The corporate office hasn't returned any of my calls for weeks. It's basically a cliche at this point, but steer clear of this shady mattress store."

"My wife and I have been in a long search for a good mattress within a reasonable price range. Before this, whenever my wife and I would go into a mattress store, we'd go in lost and leave with no bed because we never felt confident in our judgements. Our bed purchases have historically been bad purchases and mistakes. When we went into metro mattress we were greeted by Ben. Ben let us know that the sales experience with him is going to be different than normal, and boy was he right. Ben first educated us on different types of beds and what makes them vary in price. He started us out on the most comfortable/expensive beds and worked us down until we found our optimal comfort/price point range. To me, Ben was the perfect sales person for us. He was passionate about the details and information pertaining to mattresses... but in an odd way (he probably knows way more than he has to) and he felt an obligation to helping us find whats best for us. We spent over an hour with Ben. He wanted us to take our time and not rush anything. Really getting a good feel for the beds. We never felt more comfortable making that big decision! Thank you again Ben! We appreciate your hard work you put in for us that day. Its not everyday that you see people actually caring for what they do. It makes a huge difference for people like us. We absolutely love the bed! Our metro mattress experience with Ben was my most pleasant sales experiences I've ever had."
